This you should already have if you have Two brain cells to rub together :p But this patch also fixes the issues with the Volkihar Vampire quests that ask you to turn your spouse or a certain NPC into Vampires. This provides better night and hunter's sight. This fixes the eye glitch that occurs after turning invisible in yourself and NPCs. This will un-nerf the Vampire Lord drain when Serana is a follower. The magic armour that just appears when transforming.
This has the option to retex Vampire Lords and remove their armour. The Beast races already have teeth suitable for Vampires. If it takes you 3 min to turn into a Vampire Lord - it's not my mod causing it. If it takes you 10 seconds to feed on a victim - it's not my mod causing it. This removes the ridiculous Beast race tusks. I have tested with only Better Vampires and Alternate Start installed and I have seen no latency or FPS issues even after 20+ hours of gameplay. This gives Serana fangs as she is not a part of the proper 'Vampire race'. This gives female Vampires fangs and fixes the Male Vampire fangs. The only thing missing is the ability to sire other Vampires but this feature is broken and leaves those you turn with mis-matched face/bodies. This list of mods is the closest combination to perfection one can achieve. Female Vampoires do not even have fangs in the vanilla game!
